About Classified Ads
Classified ads are posted from the
current print editions of Landscape Trades and Landscape Ontario (formerly Horticulture Review) at the
beginning of each month. In addition, new ads are also posted that do
not appear in the magazines.
How do I post an ad to the website?
- E-mail your ad to Robert at classifieds@landscapeontario.com
with your name and phone number.
- In your e-mail please specify the ad is to be posted on the website.
- Your ad will usually be posted to our website within 48 hours.
- You will receive a confirmation/receipt/payment form by email once your ad is posted. Form must be completed with your Visa, MasterCard or American Express information and sent back for payment to be processed.
The form can be printed and faxed back to (905) 875-0183 or you can call 1-800-265-5656, ext. 312 with the card number, expiry date and name of cardholder or you can call in the information.
- Cost for a web ad is $60 plus HST ($67.80).
Web ads are posted for 30 days. Minimum $60 (plus HST) charge applies to ads up to 325 words. Additional $60 (plus HST) charge may apply to ads over 325 words. Ads are posted to the website on a first-come, first-served basis. Company logos are not posted. One or two small images are allowed for equipment or businesses for sale.
How do I advertise in one or both of the magazines?
For the printed versions of Landscape Trades and Landscape Ontario (formerly Horticulture Review), the process is similar to that of the website ads above.
After sending in your ad by e-mail, you will be contacted with a price and payment form.
For the monthly Landscape Ontario (formerly Horticulture Review), the deadline is the 20th day of the month, prior to issue date. For example, the deadline for the April issue is March 20th.
For Landscape Trades, (Mar., Apr., May, Jun., Jul/Aug., Sept., Oct., Nov./Dec.), the deadline is the 10th day of the month, prior to issue date. For example, the deadline for the April issue is March 10th. January deadline is Nov. 15th.
Space is limited and awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
Minimum charges including HST are $62.15 for Landscape Trades and $50.85 for Landscape Ontario (formerly Horticulture Review) per column inch (approx. 25-30 words) per issue.
For example, a 50-60 word ad would cost $124.30 for Landscape Trades or $101.70 for Landscape Ontario (formerly Horticulture Review).
How do I send in my ad?
Simply e-mail classifieds@landscapeontario.com
with your name and phone number.
Indicate whether the ad
is for the website, and/or for one or both of the magazines. You will be
contacted by e-mail with a confirmation, cost, and payment form for payment by Visa or Mastercard (number, expiry, cardholder).
